ACSP identity verification for new UK companies
Directors and PSCs must verify identity with Companies House. If they have not done so yet, an ACSP can complete the check for them.
Companies House requires personal identity verification for directors and persons with significant control. If someone has not verified yet, an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) can run that check.
NEXTUK Consultant offers ACSP Identity Verification as a separate product from account KYC. Account KYC is the photo ID and proof of address you upload so we can activate paid services on your NEXTUK account. ACSP is the Companies House personal verification product.
During company formation checkout we ask whether directors are already verified. If not, ACSP is added to the order.
